Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, preferably within travel, e-commerce, or a consumer-focused industry.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of local market trends, seasonality, and consumer behavior in Canada.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute tactical and product-based marketing campaigns that drive measurable results, including customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret and act on insights to refine strategies.
- Experience in identifying and leveraging local marketing channels to effectively target and engage specific customer segments.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and experience managing both internal teams and external agency relationships.
