Requirements

• Excellent communication in English and ideally one other local language
• Strong customer service experience and experience in developing a rapport with a broad range of travelers
• Travel experience across South America and passion for sharing your region with our travellers
• Basic computer skills – including email, work, and excel experience
• Full rights to work across these regions
