Cross-Campus Director of Culture & Climate

The Cross-Campus Director of Culture & Climate is responsible for developing and implementing a positive school culture across two campuses, supporting student behavior and attendance systems, and overseeing restorative practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five years of successful experience in education, including serving as a Principal
• Demonstrated success in building positive school culture and improving student outcomes
• Knowledge of restorative practices, student discipline systems, and school climate improvement strategies
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple campuses
