The Dean of Culture plays a critical role in building a joyful, inclusive, and accountable school community where every student can thrive. The Dean ensures that every student is known, supported, and held to high expectations through data-driven decision making, proactive communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
Requirements
- Strong and demonstrated commitment to advancing equity and justice in education and beyond
- Belief in restorative practices and cultural responsiveness in order to build student relationships and support students
- Strong instructional background - minimum of 3 years teaching experience required
