Job Description
Join Intuitive as a Clinical Sales Manager and be part of a team committed to making a difference in the field of minimally invasive care. Manage and develop the clinical field sales team, and work to expand clinical usage of the da Vinci Surgical System.
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent in life science or business discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years sales experience including 5 or more years in medical device sales.
- Strong background in clinical sales and business acumen.
- Results oriented: a proven track record of establishing clear expectations, setting objectives, and delivering.
- Proven experience in developing, coaching, and training a sales role in the medical device industry.
- Demonstrate ability to build and lead a team.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Fluent in English and local language as required.
