Field Service Engineer

Intuitive is a leading company in the field of robotic-assisted surgery. We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our products in their assigned territory, ensuring all service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

• Perform scheduled maintenance activities for assigned territory
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products and associated equipment
• Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation
• Maintain all administrative duties, including spare parts inventory and field activity reports
