Manufacturing Equipment Engineer 3

Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care. The company is looking for a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer 3 to design, maintain, and improve various types of equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment.

Requirements

• Design of experiments to determine best parameters for equipment operation
• Create Fixtures and Tools defining requirements, specifications, design, and operation in compliance with company procedures
• Create Equipment Qualification Protocols like IQOQ
• Interface with other engineering groups for implementation of equipment related updates
• Document Equipment Events with impact to product assembled, like Out of Tolerance and similar events
• Report manufacturing equipment performance including equipment events, downtime, and issues
• Review and/or approve ECOs to determine impact on manufacturing and field perspective
