Job Description
The Sr. Operations Specialist will manage logistics and operational projects for the Commercial Enablement organization. This role will support the Commercial Enablement department to coordinate training logistics, process improvement initiatives and administrative functions for training programs to deliver effective training experiences for Intuitive employees and distributors.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree
- 5+ years of professional work experience, in operations require OR has been an Operational or Coordinator role for a minimum of 2 years
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality results.
- Team player with the ability to build productive working relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
