Invenergy is seeking a Business Partner III, Technology Solutions for its Construction Business Unit. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring efficient, safe, and on-schedule project execution. The role involves strategic business engagement, solution planning and implementation, change management, data-driven execution, and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT, construction technology, or business analysis
• Familiarity with utility-scale energy construction, including civil, electrical, and mechanical workstreams
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
