Director, Credit Risk Management

Invenergy is seeking a Director, Credit Risk Management to lead the company's credit risk framework and develop a high-performing credit risk organization. The successful candidate will have enterprise accountability for the design, governance, and execution of the Company's credit risk framework for Invenergy's largest collaborators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 13+ years of progressive experience in credit risk management
• Extensive experience in credit analysis and credit risk management within the energy or related industries
• Expert-level understanding of counterparty credit risk
• Significant experience within the energy industry
• Substantial contract experience with industry-standard agreements
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Proven people leader with experience in talent development and succession planning
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills
