Director, Finance & Capital Markets

Invenergy is seeking a Director, Finance & Capital Markets to manage key lender/investor relationships, oversee complex financial models, and support transaction closings/fundings. The position will work closely with other teams within Invenergy, including Renewable Development, Project Management, Asset Management, Accounting, Tax, and Legal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or engineering
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant project finance or corporate finance experience
• Demonstrated experience and ability to develop financial analysis in complex project financing models in Excel
• Ability to oversee, analyze, and direct junior finance staff in modeling financial transactions
• Excellent discretion in handling confidential information and in communicating with third parties
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to concisely present information to senior management and third-parties on complex financial transactions
