The EHS Supervisor is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving the company's health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, technical standards, and corporate policies.
Requirements
- Supervise and implement HSE programs and ensure compliance with labor and environmental legislation.
- Conduct safety inspections in the field, internal audits, and behavioral observations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing reports and action plans.
- Develop, review, and apply operational procedures, safety policies, and legal documents.
- Deliver training, integration, and awareness campaigns on occupational health and safety and the environment.
- Monitor HSE indicators, prepare periodic reports, and propose corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure the proper use of PPE and EPCs, promoting good safety practices.
- Participate in risk planning and analysis meetings (APR, PT, DDS, etc.).
- Support environmental licensing processes, waste collection, effluent control, and other environmental requirements.
- Supervise teams of safety technicians or personnel designated for HSE activities.
- Interact with regulatory agencies when necessary.
- Deal with clients and participate in meetings.
