O&M Manager - Solar

Invenergy is seeking an O&M Manager for the Darien Solar Energy Center in Darien, WI. The successful candidate will manage the facility's day-to-day operations, ensuring safe and environmentally sound practices. Responsibilities include preparing and implementing operating and maintenance procedures, recruiting and managing staff, and interfacing with local customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of six (6) months of supervisory experience
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship
