Job Description
As an Assistant Compliance Manager at Invesco, you will lead a sub-team focusing on product ranges, perform post trade monitoring, rule coding, and testing, and support cross-border funds. You will also manage work performed by the team, perform people management responsibilities, and review regulatory and client guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of total work experience
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in compliance monitoring and rule coding
- Strong knowledge of and experience with 40 Act Funds, Multi-Asset Funds, Equity/Fixed Income/ETF Products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- People management experience
