Job Description
As an Assistant Manager, Client Relations at Invesco, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional service. You will also assist with AML documentation, moderate performance reviews, and drive solutions to address client-related issues. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and providing value-added services.
Requirements
- University degree specializing in Economics, Business or Finance
- Solid 7+ years of Institutional Client Relations working experience within the financial services industry, preferably in asset management sector
- Fluency in written and oral communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese
