As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will contribute to designing and supporting cloud security solutions aligned to Invescoâs Global Security strategy. You will work with teams across the organization to support secure cloud deployments, implement security controls, and help enforce technical security requirements.
Requirements
- 1â2+ years of experience or internship exposure in IT security or cloud engineering
- Foundational understanding of cloud security concepts (IAM, security groups, encryption, key management)
- Experience supporting or deploying solutions in AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
- Basic understanding of SIEM, threat detection, cloud workload protection, and data protection concepts
- Knowledge of common internet protocols, TCP/IP, JSON, and application security basics
- Ability to perform configuration scans and interpret findings
- Understanding of identity technologies such as Cloud IAM, Active Directory, SSO, and authentication concepts
- Awareness of compliance frameworks (PCIâDSS, HIPAA, NIST, ISO, SOC1/2, ITIL)
