Head of ETF Capital Markets, Americas operates within a globally coordinated team to deliver seamless client support across regions, partnering closely with both regional and global teams. The role extends beyond core capital markets activities to work in close alignment with distribution, building key client relationships and serving as the primary resource for technical capital markets support.

Requirements

• Trusted and credible leader with a strong will to engage, influence, and win, both internally and with clients
• Exceptional communicator and public speaker with strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand, articulate, and synthesize complex investment concepts, strategies, and market trends for diverse audiences
• Deep expertise in ETF structure, including creation/redemption mechanics and capital markets dynamics
• 7-10+ years of experience in asset management, capital markets, or financial services
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg
