Manager, Direct Tax

Invesco is seeking a Manager, Direct Tax to join their Finance GBS team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth tax research, analyze implications of new transactions and legislative changes, and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in direct tax compliance, international taxation, and tax accounting (ASC-740/IAS-12)
• Strong technical expertise in domestic and international tax laws, including cross border taxation, withholding tax, treaty interpretation, BEPS/OECD frameworks, and permanent establishment concepts.
• Proven ability to perform tax research on complex matters and draft clear, well-supported tax memoranda or technical positions.
