Job Description
Invesco is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a technology team embedded with their Custom Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) business. The successful candidate will work closely with the business team to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge capabilities in support of Invescoâs separately managed accounts business. The ideal candidate is passionate about speed, quality, automation, and continuous delivery, and is comfortable working with ambiguity and translating it into tangible outputs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of working as a Software Developer/Data Engineer/Business Solutions Analyst/Engineer
- Strong experience on Oracle/ SQL Server
- Working knowledge in data presentation layers (Power BI, Tableau)
- Working knowledge in Python programming
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Familiarity with AWS cloud platform
- Securities industry knowledge
- Knowledge of Trading systems like EzeCastle or CRD
- Knowledge of âPerformâ portfolio management system
- Knowledge of Order management system experience
- Ability to pivot to new technologies as they become available
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes
