Senior Manager, APAC ETF Product Development, Hong Kong

Invesco is seeking a Senior Manager, APAC ETF Product Development, to lead the development of new ETF products in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in financial services/asset management, specifically in ETF product development, and a strong understanding of financial instruments, markets, and index methodology concepts.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative subject field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services/asset management, specifically in ETF product development.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, markets & index methodology concepts.
• Strong knowledge of global ETF structures and regulatory regimes.
• Solid technical / computer skills (esp. Excel) and experience programming (Python, SQL, VBA).
• Knowledge of Bloomberg required.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, fluency in Mandarin preferred.
• Highly motivated self-starter.
• Sufficient professional maturity to take on ownership for the front-to-back development of a product, and the self-awareness and clarity of understanding to know when additional guidance is required.
• Strong project management discipline.
• Good time management and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A clear analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving capability.
