Sr Client Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a Sr Client Reporting Analyst to prepare and review reports, handle client queries, and provide training to new members in the team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in financial services industry, knowledge of financial industry fundamentals and asset classes, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Prepare and review reports based on defined frequency
• Handle client queries and assist team lead in process escalations
• Provide training to new members in the team and assist the Lead in executing the Development Plans of the new members
• Prepare and maintain accurate & complete process documentation covering process risks
• Work on data testing of various items for new and current GCCP projects
• Analyze the current process flow, requirements and areas of improvement
