Sr Scrum Master, Enterprise Platforms

As a Sr Scrum Master, you will lead Agile development process, coach teams, and promote Agile best practices. You will also plan and manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
• Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) preferred
• Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies: Backlog refinements, Sprint planning, Daily stand ups, Retrospectives, PI Planning
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
