The Strategic Operations Analyst plays a critical role in shaping how Invesco's Business Strategy & Development (BSD) organization operates, scales, and innovates. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, technology, and execution, with a mandate to elevate productivity, decision-making, and client impact across an externally facing team at a large asset manager.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree required (Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred); MBA or CFA a plus.
- 2â7 years of experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, or a related analytical/operational role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, with demonstrated experience owning and enhancing dashboards.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to synthesize and communicate insights effectively.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics applied to business problems.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
