Power BI Developer (Medior/Senior)

Invest-NL is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join their Data & AI team. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of data, finance, and social impact, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and automating manual reports. The role requires a pragmatic developer with excellent stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, and a strong business and technical insight.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI gained within financial services
• HBO/WO work and thinking level with a background in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Finance, or Econometrics
• Demonstrable experience with data modeling, SQL, DAX, Power Query, Power Platform, and unlocking data from Dynamics 365, Azure, and other cloud sources
• Strong business and technical insight, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of financial models, KPIs, and (ESG/impact) reporting frameworks and strong communicative and storytelling skills to translate insights into recommendations
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
