Analyst, Real Estate

The company is looking for an Analyst, Real Estate to support senior team members across the Real Estate asset class as it pertains to the management of the Real Estate investment portfolio.

Requirements

• University degree in Business or a related discipline, CFA Charterholder/candidacy or AACI Designation/candidacy is an asset
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in real estate investing and/or investment banking
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving and researching skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong proficiency of Microsoft Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with Argus Enterprise and related real estate tools
• Ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to work to tight deadlines and the capability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and cultivate key partnerships to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and compelling manner and present information to internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, be proactive and take initiative to understand, support and implement goals and objectives

Benefits

• Base salary range CAD $95,000.00 - $120,000.00
