Requirements
- Refill and maintain coffee machines and supplies
- Clean machines, empty bins, and restock consumables
- Monitor and troubleshoot kitchen appliances
- Check and restock fridges, ensuring freshness and removing expired items
- Ensure all kitchens are stocked with mugs, glasses, and cutlery
- Replenish shared supplies
- Maintain printer and stationery stations
- Monitor inventory and report low stock or issues to reception/facilities
- Clear and reset meeting rooms
- Ensure meeting rooms are stocked with glassware and supplies
- Refill water and maintain cleanliness in reception meeting rooms
- Collect used dishes from desks and shared spaces
- Run the Dishwashers
- Support snack setup according to schedule
- Maintain private washrooms
- Refill soap, tissue, and hygiene products
- Check fixtures and report any issues
- Perform additional garbage removal when required
- Break down and organize recyclable materials
- Report spills or cleaning issues promptly
- Collect mail and operational items daily
- Distribute supplies on a scheduled basis
- Cover reception duties during lunch hours
- Assist the Events team with room setup, turnover, and post-event clean-up
- Support catering coordination, including setup and replenishment as needed
- Provide ad hoc operational support to the Onboarding, Facilities, and Events teams
