Community Manager Manufactured Housing Community PLUS HOUSING

We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to manage the day-to-day operations at our manufactured housing community, Country Estates (195 homes), located in Greeley, CO.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
