• 1+ years' experience managing a conventional multifamily community of 100+ units
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster positive relationships with residents and team members
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle conflict resolutions, complaints, and provide customer service
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and community engagement
