Occupancy Specialist Apartment Community

We are seeking a dedicated Occupancy Specialist to support the operations at Channel Island Apartments, a 152-unit affordable apartment community in Oxnard, CA. This role is responsible for processing applications and recertifications for income-eligible households in accordance with HUD, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ leasing experience within the property management industry is required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
