Job Description
Join INVIRO as an Electrical Site Inspector and advance your career in a supportive work environment. The role involves traveling across Canada to inspect electrical building systems, analyzing and diagnosing equipment, and providing recommendations. The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, a 309A license, and extensive knowledge of electrical systems.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a personal vehicle.
- A valid 309A license with at least 5 years of experience is required.
- A 442A license is considered an asset.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and their operations.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards such as the Canadian Electrical Code, the Canadian National Building Code (NBC), Ontario Building Code (OBC), etc.
- Familiarity with LEED, ASHRAE, CEC, and energy-efficient design principles (LEED AP or CEM certification is an asset).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships.
- Solid analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
