Director of Clinical Operations

The Director of Clinical Operations provides leadership and management of all Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) outpatient services, ensuring effective and efficient operations, and collaborating with key functional areas.

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of management experience in a clinical environment, preferably in a radiology and/or outpatient imaging setting
• At least three (3) years experience supervising managers across multiple operating units
• Strong business development background and experience
• Strong relationship builder, leader and communicator with experience leading diverse work teams
• Track record of effectively leading a direct service organization with a complex array of programs
• Excellent project management skills
• Demonstrates integrity, strives for excellence in all aspects of their work, and has experience in leading others to new levels of effectiveness and programmatic impact
