Engineering Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who can lead an engineering team, combining deep technical experience with great people management skills. The role involves hands-on-keyboard development, process engineering, and management responsibilities with a strong emphasis on technical leadership.

What You Will Do

Work closely with Product and Platform Owners, Quality Assurance, and other teams to build, deploy, and maintain software systems. Design solutions with a focus on performance and maintainability, and measure and evaluate features and system metrics to continuously improve user experience and service performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional development experience, and 2+ years of recent experience managing or leading an engineering team
• Experience working in agile development environment
• Deep understanding of software and development engineering principles and concepts
• Deep technical skills in one or more of the following areas: JavaScript development, SQL development, MSSQL, Postgres, AWS, CI/CD, Mulesoft, Salesforce
