National Program Manager – RTM

Role Overview

Manage Rehab, Turn and Maintenance related programs to support property management operations. Lead the Vendor Experience and Compliance Program to elevate vendor ecosystem nationally.

What You Will Do

Drive program success, develop processes, train field teams, work with vendors, analyze data, review invoices, and track expenses.

Highly analytical and results-oriented individual with 3+ years of experience in residential construction, facility management, program management, and/or property management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience reviewing and analyzing large data files in Microsoft Excel
• Experience reviewing and approving vendor invoices
• Analytical and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Ability to work well with others
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
