Senior Platform Technical Product Manager

Invoca is seeking a Senior Platform Technical Product Manager to define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for its internal platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in a platform, infrastructure, or other engineering-heavy role, and 2+ years of dedicated Product Management experience. Key responsibilities include defining platform strategy and vision, driving alignment across multiple engineering teams, and championing opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve platform scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a platform, infrastructure, or other engineering-heavy role
• 2+ years of dedicated Product Management experience
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-team technical initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills with an analytical, data-driven approach
• Strong working knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and system reliability principles
