Staff Applied AI Engineer

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Applied AI Engineering, ML Engineering, or a closely related role, and expertise in Python, data and ML libraries, and production generative AI.

• 7+ years of professional experience in Applied AI Engineering, ML Engineering, or a closely related role
• Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on experience building applications with leading AI/ML frameworks
• Production generative AI expertise
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) expertise
• Agentic AI System Evaluation expertise
• Prompt Engineering & In-Context Learning expertise
• Fine-Tuning proficiency
• Scalable Model Serving expertise
• Performance and Cost Optimization expertise
• MLOps for AI Systems intermediate proficiency
