As a Key Account Manager, you will drive exceptional account management and commercial support for InVue’s direct and strategic customers, overseeing the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to business expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–7 years of experience in account management or customer service in a technical or B2B environment
- Proven experience managing complex customer accounts and cross-functional relationships
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Analytical and process-oriented, with a high ability to connect and optimize workflows
