Maintenance Technician II (Manufacturing)

Maintenance Technician II (Manufacturing) responsible for performing diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment, troubleshooting conveyor system controls, and performing regular preventive maintenance. Required experience in manufacturing field with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing field with intermediate to advance working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including conveyor systems in a fast-paced production environment.
• Working knowledge of standard building codes and safety regulations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advance knowledge of PLC's and sortation controls
• Ability to follow blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering specifications
• Ability to take direction and complete tasks independently or in a team environment
• Ability to learn new skills
• Possess a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to be on call, work days or nights, weekends and overtime if required
• Basic word processing, spreadsheet, and email skills.
