Inway Systems is a software and consulting house offering industry-specific ERP and CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. We provide both the optimization and analysis of business processes as well as integrated ERP and CRM add-ons, modules, and industry solutions.
Requirements
- Participation in customer projects around D365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, Production), such as fit-gap analyses, process documentation, and preparation of workshops.
- System configuration & testing: Support with parameterization, creation of test cases, functional testing, and test protocols.
- Data & reporting: Assistance with data migrations (templates, validation), support with evaluations, and reports (e.g., Power BI).
- Tools & methods: Maintenance of project artifacts in LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Azure DevOps, setting up demo environments, creating training materials.
- Research & best practices: Preparing features, release notes, and optimization recommendations for the team and our customers.
- Ad-hoc support for consultants (e.g., preparation of demos, prototyping, documentation).
- Enrolled students (business administration, computer science, economics, or related fields).
- Interest in ERP systems and business processes; initial contact with D365 F&O (or Dynamics AX) is a plus, but not a must.
- Analytical & structured: You work cleanly, document in a traceable manner, and enjoy details.
- Communicative & team-oriented in German (at least B2) and English.
- Independent working style and reliability; you bring 15-20 hours/week and enjoy consulting topics.
