Technical Service Representative (Liquid UV Flexo ink)

INX International is seeking a Technical Service Representative to work with a key customer, performing technical service at inplants and customer locations, and traveling domestically up to 50%. The role involves performing color matching, managing color databases, communicating with customers, and handling inventory management and record-keeping.

Requirements

• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Color vision test
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication with peers and customers
• Excellent written, reading comprehension, and basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
