Job Description
We are looking for a Backend Java Engineer to support the build-out of core banking capabilities, including lending and card-related products. You will work alongside talented engineers who value technical excellence, clean architecture, and full ownership of what they build.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience using Java
- Strong database and schema design skills for large-scale systems
- Pragmatic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-changing environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong team player with experience working in Agile teams
- Prior experience in banking or financial services
