Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Business Analyst to analyze and optimize digital processes and strategies to enhance initiatives.
Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.
- Analyze existing digital processes for improvement opportunities.
- Document business needs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop detailed project documentation and work with IT to translate needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and analyze data for business insights.
