Business Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team, where you will analyze business needs, structure solutions, and contribute to IT governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field
• 11 years of professional experience in IT
• Good knowledge of business analysis methods, requirements gathering, and functional specification
• Good knowledge of digital solution analysis and selection in a corporate IT environment
• Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts, typical use cases, and implementation approaches
• Strong experience in business analysis and stakeholder coordination is essential
• Understanding of IT governance principles, including reuse of corporate solutions and digital-ready policymaking
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft 365 is expected primarily in an analysis, governance, or adoption context
