Job Description
Lead end-to-end RFx processes, conduct contract negotiations, perform financial analysis, and develop relationships with vendors. Collaborate with IT project managers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and streamline approval workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Procurement, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in technology procurement and vendor management
- Proven experience running RFx projects and managing diverse stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of IT category management, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Solid understanding of procurement policies, best practices, and procurement software tools
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
