Job Description
Support Manager (Market Connectivity) responsible for early morning exchange connectivity checks, supporting Daily Trading operations, managing Credit Risk System, and executing exchange driven mandatory upgrades.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology/Engineering or related studies
- Minimum of 10 years proficiency, support and good experience in Market Connectivity applications and exchange gateways
- Hands-on experience in supporting Market Data applications like Reuters, Bloomberg
- Excellent knowledge of Cash Equity business in a DMA/DSA, Agency and Program Trading environment
- Good knowledge of exchange rules of major Asian markets like (Hong Kong, China CONNECT, Japan, KR, SG, TW, AU, IN, ID)
- Good exposure in Trading Systems monitoring tools like KIBANA, Grafana, Logstash, Elastic search, ITRS, etc
- Good exposure in Credit Risk Management Systems
- Good exposure in Change & Incident Management tools like ServiceNOW
- Must be self-starter and be able to work independently
- Willing to undertake other Trade Support functions
- Ready to work in Trading floor (high pressure environment)
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to interact with Vendors and Traders
