Job Description
The consultant will be responsible for defining circular migration, reviewing existing data, and developing a monitoring model for the Serbian Commissariat for Refugees and Migration (SCRM). The consultant will work closely with IOM staff and SCRM focal points to ensure a rights-based and route-based approach to migration governance.
