The Evaluation Consultant will be responsible for conducting the final evaluation of the project "Improving the Control Capacity of DG Customs Enforcement" funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by IOM in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, the Department of European Union Affairs and Foreign Relations, and the Ministry of Trade, Directorate General for Customs Enforcement (DGCE). The evaluation aims to assess the project's performance during the period between 1 May 2024 and 30 April 2026, focusing on the surveillance and control capacity of customs in the movement of goods in the country, and providing recommendations for the planning, preparation, and implementation of activities under the subsequent phase.
