Job Description
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking an international consultant to conduct a labour market assessment in Georgia to inform the design of certified vocational training programmes. The consultant will lead a team to analyze labour demand, skills gaps, and employer requirements, and develop recommendations for pilot VET programme design.
Requirements
- Master's degree in economics, business administration, social sciences, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in labour market analysis, vocational education and training, or related fields
- Strong understanding of labour market trends, skills development, and employment policies
