Migration Health Physician

Migration Health Physician will assist in implementing health-care activities, review client's medical history, conduct physical examinations, and provide necessary information and counselling to clients. The role involves ensuring proper documentation, facilitating referrals, and maintaining medical equipment.

Requirements

• Reviewing the client's medical history and other medical information
• Monitoring vital signs and enquiring about relevant symptoms
• Conducting a thorough physical examination
• Reviewing x-ray(s), laboratory reports, and the results of other investigations
• Prescribing treatment regime
• Providing necessary information and counselling to the client or affected family members
• Ensuring proper documentation of patient consultation
• Facilitating referrals and transportation of critical cases
• Assisting unwell patients travelling within the country or abroad
• Maintaining medical equipment and supplies
• Supporting monitoring and evaluation activities
• Liaising and coordinating with local government and health authorities
