National Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer

The National Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer will be responsible for coordinating and supporting effective implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting activities for the MPRR-SSA Programme in Chad. This includes contributing to the development and implementation of the MPRR-SSA standardized Monitoring and Evaluation system, coordinating and monitoring accurate and reliable data collection, and performing data analysis for programme monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, including experience in managing and analyzing large datasets, conducting research, and developing reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources and provide recommendations for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels, including programme beneficiaries, implementing partners, and senior management
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with data collection tools such as KoBoCollect
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the context of migration and displacement in Sub-Saharan Africa, including knowledge of the MPRR-SSA programme and its goals
