The National Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer will be responsible for coordinating and supporting effective implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting activities for the MPRR-SSA Programme in Chad. This includes contributing to the development and implementation of the MPRR-SSA standardized Monitoring and Evaluation system, coordinating and monitoring accurate and reliable data collection, and performing data analysis for programme monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, including experience in managing and analyzing large datasets, conducting research, and developing reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources and provide recommendations for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels, including programme beneficiaries, implementing partners, and senior management
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with data collection tools such as KoBoCollect
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with the context of migration and displacement in Sub-Saharan Africa, including knowledge of the MPRR-SSA programme and its goals
