Job Description
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a National Project Officer to support the operational and coordination activities of the RE2CLID project in Burundi, focusing on disaster risk reduction (DRR) and climate change adaptation (CCA). The incumbent will assist in coordination, monitoring, and reporting, as well as provide technical guidance and training to project staff.
Requirements
- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of the operational, administrative and financial aspects of the project
- Keep the Programme Officer informed on the status of project implementation
- Participate in the development and adjustment of work plans, project budgets, monitoring & evaluation tools and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate the collection, verification and analysis of data and background information
- Coordinate timely preparation and dissemination of project reports
